Herb and Fiber Arts Festival, Cooksburg, PA
Join the Saw Mill Center for the Arts for the 34th annual Herb and Fiber Arts Festival. There will be herb, plant and flower vendors, along with those who sell spices, dried herbs, potpourri and much more. Many greenhouses will have plants on hand, which makes this festival a great one-stop-shop for gardeners. Shoppers will be able to purchase annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, bedding flats and garden art.

Nature Journaling Class, Pfeiffer Nature Center
Nature Journaling is the act of going outdoors and recording one’s personal observations about nature through the use of drawings and notes. Local wildlife artist, Jennifer Miller, will speak about the ideas of nature journaling, demonstrate how to observe natural objects, and encourage the group to do some journaling on the spot! Bring a sketchbook, journal, or notepad, and a pencil or pen. $10 for non-members, $5 for members. Children under 14 are free.

Float or paddle the "Tuna" on your seaworthy canoe, kayak, or floatation device of choice, ending at Crook Farm for a great afternoon of fun with live music and a pig roast. Donations benefit the Tuna Valley Trail Association.
