The Bradford Brew Station, in partnership with CH Construction, is kicking off their 7-week long Brewtoberfest, the Fall music series, on September 10th. In addition to six new beers, new signature cocktails, a dunk tank, and eight different bands, the Bradford brewery is also partnering with WESB to launch the Brewtobercast, a podcast dedicated to celebrating the bands playing at the brewery this fall.
In the teaser for the podcast, Nate Lawyer, the Brew Station’s Head of Marketing, recently joined WESB Program Director, Dan “Igor” Griffin to discuss what listeners can expect from Brewtoberfest:
“Brewtoberfest is seven weeks of live music and events to welcome in the fall. We [will] have bigger bands than we’ve ever had at the Brew Station, some are traveling more than 5 hours to get here!”
The Brewtobercast is made in collaboration with WESB, and will be available each Sunday at 9:15 a.m. on the air at 1490-AM/B107.5-FM and then made available on wesb.com. Tune in to hear Igor, from B107.5 & 100.1 The Hero, interviewing members of the bands from the Brew Station’s Fall music lineup.
“WESB is proud to be the premier information and entertainment outlet for Bradford for 75 years. When Nate approached us to help spread the word about Brewtoberfest, we jumped at the opportunity”, Griffin said. “It’s a no-brainer! Local businesses, local and regional bands, and local independent WESB radio and wesb.com teaming up to provide entertainment and enrichment for Bradfordians! That’s public service. That’s what we do.”
Echoes on Water will open the Brewtoberfest on Sept. 10th at the Brew Station on Chestnut St. in Bradford. They are an up-and-coming band hailing from Warren, PA. Echoes on Water has a unique sound, with influence from Lynyrd Skynyrd, Fog Hat, and other classic rock bands. The Echoes on Water podcast episode will be broadcast and available to stream on wesb.com on Sunday, September 4th.
The full lineup for Brewtoberfest is:
● Sept. 10 – Echoes on Water
● Sept. 16 – Second Act
● Sept. 23 – Hannon’s Remedy
● Oct. 1 – High Pines
● Oct. 8 – Ion Sky (Acoustic)
● Oct. 15 – Public Water Supply
● Oct. 21 – Marshmellow Overcoat ft. InTwo
In addition to hearing great live music and experiencing brand new beers, Brewtoberfest will be offering opportunities to donate to local charities. You can donate for a chance to dunk members from local communities in a dunk tank. Proceeds from the dunk tank will go towards local causes.
