Located within the Bradford National Historic District, this three story brick structure was built by Rufus Barrett Stone in 1906, to house his law office and residence.
 
Two bedrooms, one queen bed and two twin beds with high quality linens. Other amenities include 1 ½ bathrooms, an inviting living room, free high speed WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, an office area, a small private meeting space, fenced in garden area, a two stall garage, additional guest parking, and trash pickup.
 
Walkable distance to several restaurants, bars, and shops. Nearby attractions include: Zippo/Case Museum, University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, Allegheny National Forest, Kinzua Sky Walk and more.
 

Maximum of four guests. Not suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs. No pets.
