This retreat begins with a brief time of community building and getting to know one another\, before entering into silence. Throughout the retreat\, we gather for morning and evening prayer daily\, including holy communion\, and to share meals. Each retreat participant will also meet daily one-on-one with a trained Spiritual Director\, who provides a listening ear and gentle guidance for the retreat time.
