Help Bring the Trolls to McKean County and Create a One-of-a-Kind Public Art Experience in PA Trail Central

Trail Central | Allegheny National Forest Visitors Bureau is seeking partners to bring an ambitious public art project to McKean County. The Trolls in the Forest project features three giant hand-built troll sculptures by famous artist Thomas Dambo with the help of McKean County residents. This project celebrates the human experience of art by amplifying the connections and rich heritage of Bradford, Kane and the Allegheny National Forest.

Thomas Dambo, a Danish environmental artist, creates giant trolls, ranging from 20’ – 36’ made from recycled and reclaimed materials. Since 2015, his worldwide creations number over 138 trolls with none in Pennsylvania.
