Winter Bird Feeding, Kinzua Bridge State Park Complex
Stop by the Kinzua Bridge State Park Visitor Center from 7:30 to 8:30 in the morning to learn a little about our winter feeder birds. What are the common birds at our feeder? What kind of seeds do they like? What type of feeders does the Visitor Center use? Also, a short walk near the feeders. Binoculars are available to use to look at the bird feeder birds on a first come, first served basis.

Bradford Little Theatre — Disney’s Frozen Jr.
As the first musical of their 23rd Season the Bradford Little Theatre youth will perform Disney’s Frozen Jr. A spectacular, 60-minute, musical based on the 2013 Disney film and its 2018 Broadway adaptation.

Searching for Beauty in a Broken World, Art Exhibit (Opening Ceremony)

On display from January 10 - January 24. Described as visual metaphors, almost abstract, slightly surreal, these paintings explore the connection between brokenness and beauty. Brokenness allows, or forces, us to see and feel the benefits of our wild landscapes, our respite in the midst of chaos. These paintings highlight the natural beauty of the northern Alleghenies along with the worn facades of our built townscapes. In addition to studio work, Ryding is an adjunct professor at Pitt-Bradford and directs the local artists’ cooperative ArtWorks on the Summit in Kane, PA. Ryding has shown regionally and with the Encaustic Art Institute in Santa Fe, New Mexico. www.mrydingartworks.com/ ;

It's for the Birds - Pine Cone Bird Feeders Make & Take, Kinzua Bridge State Park
Stop by the Kinzua Bridge State Park Visitor Center Classroom between 11 am and 1 pm to learn a little about the area's winter feeder birds. Then make your own pine cone bird feeder and take it home with you! It is a great way to get your kids interested in the outdoors during winter. Meet in the Visitor Center Classroom. Binoculars are available to use to look at the feeder birds in the Kinzua Bridge State Park.

Winter Birding, Elk Country Visitor Center
Our time outside may dwindle in the winter, but not for wildlife, especially birds. Birds are adapted for all weather and are fascinating creatures. Join the staff of the Elk Country Visitor Center to learn about PA bird species and how to find them. You'll learn about the tools of birding and practice using them on a hike around the center.

Elk Escape Room, Elk Country Visitor Center
Escape rooms are all the rage these days and the staff of the Elk Country Visitor Center has designed their own just for your enjoyment. Think you have what it takes to escape? In this escape room the Visitor Center's elk biologist Molly Werner has gone missing and they need you to help search her office for clues to her whereabouts. The program will run every half hour from noon until 2 pm and is free.
