Deer Season Kick-Off: Kinzua Quality Deer Cooperative
The Kinzua Quality Deer Cooperative (KQDC) is hosting a Deer Season Kick-Off Event from noon until 4 p.m. in the University Room at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford - which is free of charge. Find info about roads, recent timber harvests, spring pellet counts and more. Doors open at noon with Ben Moyer, Outdoor Writer and Naturalist, speaking at 12:30 p.m. followed by a demonstration of the online hunting map of the Allegheny National Forest at 1:30 p.m. After lunch, Merlin Benner, Wildlife Specialist will host a live demo on how to de-bone a deer in the field. Presentations for Deer Hunters, KQDC
FREE presentations for Deer Hunters and Conservationists from noon until 4 p.m. These presentations are free and open to the public. Prizes, such as trail cameras, will be awarded randomly during the afternoon.

1:40 pm - Special this Year for Deer Hunters - a light Thank You Lunch will be provided with updates about the KQDC.

2:30 pm - Live Demo: How to De-bone a Deer in the Field

3:30 pm - Personal Opportunity to try out the new Allegheny National Forest on-line hunter map, chat with presenters and visit the deer hunting vendor booths.

Halloween Elk-stravaganza, Benezette
Join the Elk Country Visitor Center for an afternoon of Halloween fun. With games, crafts and more this event will be a blast for all. Come in your Halloween costume - a costume parade of attendees will be held at 3 p.m.

Bradford Little Theatre — Steel Magnolias

The Bradford Little Theatre presents ... STEEL MAGNOLIAS, written by Robert Harling. The play is a comedy-drama about the bond among a group of Southern women in northwest Louisiana. The title suggests the "female characters are as delicate as magnolias but as tough as steel". Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for seniors and students. *Pre-sale tickets are available at Graham Florist and Togi's Family Restaurant.
