Snow-mobility Weekend, Ulysses, PA

The winter snow in the lumberwoods of northern Pennsylvania provides some unique ways to visit the PA Lumber Museum. Join the Pennsylvania Lumber Museum for a ride-in/ski-in weekend. The museum is a destination not normally accessible by snowmobile, but for THIS WEEKEND ONLY there will be a special route in place for snowmobilers from Thompson Road, south of PA Route 6, within Susquehannock State Forest.


Cross-country ski/ hike to the museum on Saturday 2/16/2018 for a Pancake Breakfast from 9 Am until 2 Pm.

Spring Women's Retreat, Olmsted Manor
Jennifer Phillips, a married mother of two, a speaker, and a teacher of women's Bible studies will be the main speaker at the 2019 Summer Women's Retreat. The guided walk starts in the parking lot and will be led by Tim Baird, President of the Cattaraugus County Bird Study Club. The group will slowly walk through the property noting what they see and or hear. Conversation is kept to a minimum as this is an observational activity. An effort is made not to disturb the wildlife in order to create optimal viewing conditions. Please bring binoculars if you have them. No pets, please. This activity is free and open to the public.
