Join the Pfeiffer Nature Center for a star lit stroll around the Eshelman property as they listen for our night time neighbors and learn about their nocturnal habits and habitats. Following the walk, there will be a spooktacular campfire with s'mores and ghost stories shared by master storyteller Jim Piatt. Join Penn State Intern Charis Martell this spooky season as she talks about the Bats of Pennsylvania. Learn about the different species, where they live, and how you can help protect the endangered species of bats in PA! what a great way to kick off this Halloween season!

Enjoy an after-dark tour by lantern light of the PA Lumber Museum grounds. Listen to ghost stories and trick-or-treat along the walk. Paint pumpkins and make pine cone bird feeders and have some refreshments in the museum program room.
