The Winery of Ellicottville will be there to offer free wine tasting and many of Salamanca's finest businesses will be on display for a "Sample Salamanca" vendor area. There will also be a chicken barbecue conducted by J-Con Parks, Inc. Stay for the live music, Dave Stayner will perform from 6 to 7 p.m. and Marshmellow Overcoat will perform from 7 to 9 p.m. Admission to the park is free after 5pm.
