EVENT SCHEDULE
This Jamboree is a Classic - catered meals include breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday.
THURSDAY, JUNE 21, 2012
5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. Registration and trail signups will take place in the Frame-Westerberg Commons
University Room (FWC) on the University Pitt-Bradford campus in Bradford. Please
refer to “How Do I Get There?” for driving directions. Trail sign-ups will take place
during registration and are on a first come, first served basis. Vehicle evaluation is
MANDATORY PRIOR TO trail sign-ups. Vehicle inspections will open at 3:00 P.M in
the north parking lot across from the FWC, however, Registration and Trail Selections
DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 5:00 P.M. NO LATE REGISTRATION on Friday morning.
Make sure you have a full tank of gas (and lunch packed and/or picked up) prior to the
general attendance meeting.
5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M Jeep 101 essentials: strapping and winching demonstrations and general 101
informational training in North Parking lot by Jeep inspection.

announced and posted at the Jamboree. Donations accepted.

7:30 P.M. Share your video camera footage of the day’s trail ride in the University Room

The Buffalo Philharmonic
The Buffalo Philharmonic will perform on Holiday Valley’s slope side main stage.

The Philharmonic will feature light classical music followed by great dance music for the second half of the show. The evening will end with the 1812 Overture, Stars & Stripes Forever and a spectacular fireworks show.
