Founded in 1969 by Arthur Mitchell and Karel Shook, the ensemble was meant to inspire children-especially those from Harlem- to discover dance and the allied arts. Now these dancers inspire us all. Wick Chapel on the campus of the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. The concert, which is free and open to the public, starts at 4 p.m. Each of the organists will play one or two pieces, including J.S. Bach's famous "Prelude and Fugue in E Minor". The Sarah B.
