This 10th annual triathlon for individuals and teams starts at 9:30 am in the Allegany State Park in New York at the Quaker Lake beach house and ends at The Willows in Bradford, PA. Funds benefit our Disabled American Veterans. 300 yeard swim, 15 mile bike ride and 3 mile run.
