We Gotta Regatta
Float down the Tunungwant Creek, hike Crook Farm Trail or just meet up with everyone at Crook Farm on Seaward Avenue for this fundraiser to benefit the Tuna Valley Trail Association.

The trailhead for the floating part is at Browntown Road, located off of South Avenue just outside of Bradford.

The prize at the end will be a pig roast, live music by Hartle & Copeland from 4 to 6 p.m. and Free draft beer - with proper ID required.

The cost is $20 per person.

Allegany Nature Pilgrimage
The Allegany Nature Pilgrimage is an annual 3-day nature extravaganza held at the beautiful Allegany State Park and sponsored by FOUR nature organizations: Jamestown, Buffalo, and Presque Isle Audubon Societies, and the Burroughs Audubon Nature Club in Rochester. Allegheny 100 Challenge
This ultimate hiking challenge tests individuals to hike 100 miles of the North Country National Scenic Trail.

The challenge is to hike 100 miles in two days (or 50 hours). Those who cannot commit to the 100-mile challenge can participate in either the 25-mile or 50-mile portions.

This is free for anyone, of any skill level, who wants to test themselves against the trail on their hiking ability and pace.

Entrants must bring their own food, drinks and gear.

The deadline to register is May 31. Registration will be online at NCTA website. Sign-in will be located at the Route 66 trailhead, six miles south of Marienville and 1.2 miles north of Vowinkle.

THURSDAY, JUNE 21, 2012
5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. Registration and trail signups will take place in the Frame-Westerberg Commons
University Room (FWC) on the University Pitt-Bradford campus in Bradford. Please
refer to “How Do I Get There?” for driving directions. Trail sign-ups will take place
during registration and are on a first come, first served basis. Vehicle evaluation is
MANDATORY PRIOR TO trail sign-ups. Vehicle inspections will open at 3:00 P.M in
the north parking lot across from the FWC, however, Registration and Trail Selections
DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 5:00 P.M. NO LATE REGISTRATION on Friday morning.
Make sure you have a full tank of gas (and lunch packed and/or picked up) prior to the
general attendance meeting.
5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M Jeep 101 essentials: strapping and winching demonstrations and general 101
informational training in North Parking lot by Jeep inspection.
