Hike 100 Miles to Commemorate 100 Years

Come join us in celebrating 100 years of growth and adventure on the Allegheny National Forest by hiking 100 miles. The Centennial Hiking Challenge will take you to over 100 miles of the best and most beautiful trails we offer. Whether you want to take a peaceful nature walk on a flat, established trail, or trek through a virtually untouched wilderness area far from the noise and congestion of town, these trails all have something unique to offer.

Log the date, trail name and miles hiked. When you complete 100 miles bring your hiking log to the Allegheny National Forest Visitors Bureau or any of the ANF Ranger offices to receive commemorative items, while supplies last. The hiking challenge ends on September 24, 2024.

Reimagining the General Roles
Leader: Rev. Dr. Karen D. Scheib
John Wesley’s General Rules: Do no harm. Do Good. Attend to the ordinances of God. This workshop for pastors/clergy will briefly explore a creative reading of these rules for life and consider how we can flourish while helping others. We will study a theological vision of flourishing, recent research on dimensions of clergy flourishing, and practices that foster our flourishing and enhance our well-being. We will explore these topics through short presentations, time for written reflection, small group
