Battle of Hurtgen Forest, Eldred WWII Museum
Steve Appleby will be presenting on the Battle of Hurtgen Forest, America's longest and most costly battle of WWII where over 45,000 American troops were killed or wounded. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. - Program begins at 7 p.m. Free to the public, donations welcome.

Lake of Betrayal, Hanley Library
To mark the 55th anniversary of the building of the Kinzua Dam and observe American Heritage Month, Hanley Library and the Friends of Hanley Library will show the documentary film "Lake of Betrayal."

The film will be shown in Room 162 of Swarts Hall at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.

Concert for Violin, Cello & Organ, Church of the Ascension
Join the Marilyn Horne Museum and Exhibit Center as they present Nicole Oswald, violin, Robert Kaufman, cello, and Adeline Angevine, organ in an evening performance at the Church of the Ascension in historic downtown Bradford, Pa.

In the 1930s and early 1940s, Marilyn Horne's first public performances were part of the choir at this historic church. The museum is celebrating the recent refurbishment of the church's organ with this very special concert celebrating Marilyn Horne's beginnings in her hometown.
