What can we learn from the stories of angels? During this summer escape for older adults, leaders Bill and Lois Hiles will lead participants through discussion and reflection on the concept of angels in our world. The week will include time for learning, fellowship, relaxation, and praise. The Rev. Bruce Merritt will lead a compelling Bible study to rejuvenate participants’ spiritual foundations, while accomplished music director Robin Swank guides time for worship.

Experience an overnight backpacking trip into the Hickory Creek Wilderness Area on the 13-mile Hickory Creek Wilderness trail. This hike is geared toward people who already have at least some backpacking experience. For those willing to stay an extra day, we are going to lead a day hike around the six-mile loop trail in the proposed Minister Valley Wilderness Area on Wednesday the 23rd. We’ll take people up to see the overlook site.
