The Allegany State Park (ASP) offers a self-guided history hike centered around ASP 3 in Quaker from 10 AM to 2 PM. Participants can come at their leisure. This is an easy hike for all ages. The 2+ mile hike includes 20+ historical tidbits which participants will see as they make their way up and down ASP 3. Weather permitting, it is encouraged to bring snowshoes, trekking poles, or anything else needed for an enjoyable hike. Appropriate dress and footwear are strongly recommended. Participants are reminded this is an off trail hike. The trail is easy-moderate with some minor inclines and declines and weather depending may be snow covered.

Pfeiffer Nature Center is pleased to host nature enthusiast, Tim Baird as he shares his knowledge of the “new” 8th wonder of the world.  This program looks into the geology of the Niagara River region and the formation of the Niagara Gorge and Niagara Falls.
