If you are considering to expand your artistic streak, maybe taking an art class with Samila Sosic or Adriana Hernandez is the right thing to do. Both have a Master in Fine Arts and will teach you how to draw and paint. Classes start every 2 weeks with weekly lessons held either Monday, Wednesday or Thursday from 4:30 pm to 6 pm for kids or from 6 pm to 8 pm for adults. All materials are included in the fee of $120 and all levels will be accepted from beginner to advanced students. Private lessons are available.

Jay Asher, author of the #1 New York Times best-selling young adult novel “Thirteen Reasons Why,” will visit the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford as part of his “50 States Against Bullying” tour.During his visit to Bradford, Asher will visit students from St. Bernard and Floyd C. Fretz Middle Schools and Bradford Area High School and dine with winners of an essay contest about bullying and their parents.
