July 21, 2003, a day the future of the Kinzua Bridge was drastically changed and the process to reinvent it for many thousands to enjoy each year. As the Skywalk prepares for a rehabilitation and preservation project, Weather World Executive Producer at Penn State University takes a closer look at the tornado and what led to structural damage we can see today at Kinzua Bridge State Park.
